Brook Bond’s legal practice focuses on intellectual property, complex business, environmental and commercial litigation. He has handled massive cases involving multiple parties, millions of documents, and complex legal and scientific issues. Mr. Bond has litigated a wide range of cases involving intellectual property, business torts, environmental contamination, real estate, contract disputes, products liability, and public entity law. His background includes training in genetics, seed science, biology, agronomy, microbiology, biochemistry and analytical chemistry.
