Dave McKinney is a registered patent attorney practicing primarily in the areas of domestic and foreign patent prosecution and licensing. His specific areas of practice include a wide range of technologies including mechanical and medical devices, video display and projection systems, and nuclear waste disposal methods. Mr. McKinney has prepared opinions concerning patentability, infringement, and validity for clients in a wide range of business areas. He active in civic affairs and is currently a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for West Jordan, Utah. He is licensed to practice in the states of Utah and Idaho.
