Law Practice

John Zarian’s legal practice emphasizes intellectual property and complex business litigation. He has served as lead counsel in matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, class actions, contractual disputes, business torts, securities, antitrust, real estate, commercial law and wrongful death claims. Mr. Zarian is an experienced trial lawyer. He is licensed to practice in the states of Idaho, Utah and California.
