Peter Midgley is a registered patent attorney practicing primarily in the areas of patent prosecution, licensing and litigation. He has a degree in electrical and computer engineering, and specializes in matters involving technologies such as telecommunications, semiconductor processing, medical devices, and computer hardware and software. He counsels clients ranging from small startup ventures to large multinational corporations on a variety of intellectual property issues, with an emphasis on building value through the acquisition, maintenance, and enforcement of patent portfolios.
