Rexford A. Johnson

Rex Johnson practices law with an emphasis on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and related intellectual property litigation. He is a registered patent attorney with experience in all phases of patent litigation, including discovery and claim construction. Mr. Johnson has handled matters and written opinions involving a wide range of technologies, ranging from trunked radio recorders and device servers, to medical devices and fluid pumps, to roofing panels and wellhead isolation tools. He recently audited a major trademark portfolio for a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice in the states of Idaho and Texas.
